This service is offered to the Customers who do not want us to participate in their complete Procurement or Sourcing activity and prefer to deal directly with the vendors, but are looking for somebody for Quality Assurance and technical update on the progress by visiting the point of production regularly.

Linit has a team of 12 Engineers coming from various backgrounds such as Forging, Casting, Machining and Subassembly Manufacture who can provide onsite support to monitor development process and Production etc.

The Linit team has 6 of its engineers as qualified Lead assessors for QS 9000 and are thus able to guide the manufacturer through the entire ISIR & PPAP process in achieving First Time Right samples. After Sampling our engineers and get into a production stage to closely monitor your Production and do a random audit.

We are already in the process of setting up a complete testing center very close to Mumbai, where samples will be randomly selected from shipment and checked for all dimensional parameters on latest measuring Instruments like CMM and Spectro analyzer. This center will work as an independent laboratory.
