Supply

Supply (one stop Shop) Where we buy and sell and work as a supplier. Customer provides us with Drawings and receives the components at their end. We manage all activities in the Supply chain. We are registered as an Export company in India and hence can also procure from customer's approved suppliers; consolidate the cargo in our warehouse to be shipped as a full container.

Our Activities include:

• Receiving enquiries with drawings, specifications & samples. (Target prices if possible)
• Recommending or identifying a suitable manufacturer or supplier in India .
• Qualifying the supplier to the customer quality standards through audits or our own assessment systems.
• Obtaining competitive techno commercial offers.
• Finalizing the orders and commercial Terms.
• Finalizing sample development program
• Monitoring development of samples
• Checking Samples and ISIR
• Arranging PPAP lot – with the Documentation process
• Issuing schedules on behalf of customer
• Following up for production and routine pre-shipment and pre-dispatch inspection.
• Logistics – Monitoring of movement of cargo and providing the customer with the status.
• Implementing corrective actions in case of technical errors or other problems
