Sourcing (Procurement)

We work as Customer's Representatives or Agent and facilitate the Procurement or Sourcing Activity for the Customers. The supplies are made directly by Indian Manufacturers or Suppliers to the customer but all other activities from receiving the drawings, obtaining offers to monitoring the Development of samples to logistics are co-coordinated by us on behalf of the customer. We are paid by customer only.

Our Activities include

• Receiving enquiries with drawings, specifications & samples. (Target prices if possible)
• Recommending or identifying a suitable manufacturer or supplier in India .
• Qualifying the supplier to the customer quality standards through audits or our own assessment systems.
• Obtaining competitive techno commercial offers.
• Finalizing sample development program
• Monitoring development of samples
• Checking Samples and ISIR
• Arranging PPAP lot – with the Documentation process
• Issuing schedules on behalf of customer
• Following up for production and routine pre-shipment and pre-dispatch inspection.
• Logistics – Monitoring of movement of cargo and providing the customer with the status.
• Implementing corrective actions in case of technical errors or other problems
