Linit has manpower strength of over 120 staff & workers and which is growing every month.
The Staff of 40 includes about 15 Engineers, about 10 ITI Inspectors and other professionals in the field of Business Development-Customer Support, IT, Accounts and Administration. Over 50% of staff are women and Linit encourages recruiting women employees in every department at every level.

Mr. Amit A. Patil: (In Linit since: 01-September-2003)
I am working in Linit Exports Pvt. Ltd. Since 1st September 2003 i.e. more than last seven years. To be honest enough, I had never feel that, I am the employee of this organization. My directors have always given me sense of ownership & freedom to work. Being one of the senior member, it is my privilege that, I had seen the real growth of our organization from a trading firm to in-house manufacturing unit. When I joined Linit, it was a very small office in 12, Tirupati Udoyg, Goregaon with basement. Then we move to G-1 &2 at Siddharth & now we have very big KT Sapphire Building.
One thing I remembered very well, when we had moved to Siddharth, many people had doubts whether we can fully utilise that space or not. But within 2-3 years, we had found that, Siddharth was too small for us & that was the real sign of growth. Behind all these achievements & milestones, there are a lot of efforts take by all members of team & all respective departments.
But Hats off to our Directors, they are really dedicated, ambitious, co-operative, knowledgeable, self motivated & very down to earth persons. The way our Directors handle all crunch situations, is really something to learn from them. I am very proud to be a member of our team & really looking forward to have my part in all future growth of company. |

Mrs. Minal Nikam: (In Linit Since: 06-January-2005)
My relation with LINIT is more than 6 years old. I joined Linit in January 2005 as Executive in Logistics Support.
I am excited to be a part of such an esteemed Organization. During these years in LINIT, I have experienced & gained so many positive things, career-wise & personally, just because of co-operation and a motivating Management. I have always felt like a family and that is why we always address our staff as Linit family.
It is a difficult task to handle a company single handedly, but hats off to our Directors Mr. Nitin Karjatkar & Mrs. Lily Karjatkar that they have managed to tackle all good and bad circumstances in an appropriate and successful manner.
I would take this opportunity to thank my Management and share my experience in brief. The time when I joined LINIT in Goregaon, we had just started its own Manufacturing activity with trading in Siddharth Ind. Estate in Vasai with only a couple of CNC machines. Over the period of time, we can boast of having over 40 CNC / VMC machines, supported with all types of ultra modern equipments and 3 big factories in Vasai and Rajkot. This achievement is really appreciable a live proof of a never-say-die committed Management.
I have witnessed this growth just in a span of 5 years with their continuous support & motivation and considering all the staff members of the company as one big family and help them personally to solve their problems and guide each & everybody in a right manner to fulfill their goals.
I look forward to climb the ladder of success hand-in-hand with Linit in all its future endeavors.
