• Study and Identify a suitable Quality supplier
• Obtain competitive offers
• Negotiate and finalize the business
• Development of Samples and ISIR Documentation (QS 9000 / TS 16949)
• Co-ordination with Customer and Supplier for Schedules, Production and Logistics.
• Supplier Quality Assurance Activity : i.e. Vendor Audit, Process Audit and Dock Audit.
• Assist in resolution of Techno commercial  issues, if any.

Currently we source following items for CNH-UK which are Pulleys, Connectors, Push Rods, Thermostats, Sintered Bushes, Steering Columns, Engine Valves, Lift Pin, Rocker Shafts, Sunvisors, Flywheels, Ram Arm & Lift Arm.
